For view and comment access, no account is required. For edit access, collaborators must have a Wubble account (free or paid). They'll be prompted to create one if they don't have one.
Yes! The Activity Log shows all actions taken on the project, including who made changes, when, and what was modified. You can also view and restore previous versions from the Version History.
Open the project, click "Share", then click the "X" next to the person's name in the collaborator list. Their access will be revoked immediately. For share links, you can disable or regenerate the link.
By default, only the project owner can export. However, you can grant "Export Permission" to specific collaborators in the Share Settings. This is useful when working with mixing engineers or mastering specialists.
Wubble handles simultaneous edits gracefully. The most recent save is preserved, and you'll see a notification if your changes conflict with someone else's. You can always view and restore previous versions.
Yes! From your Projects page, select multiple projects, then click "Share Selected". You can add collaborators or generate links for all selected projects with the same permissions.
