Control exactly what collaborators can do with your projects using Wubble's flexible permission system. Set appropriate access levels to protect your work while enabling effective collaboration.
Wubble offers four main permission levels, each designed for different collaboration scenarios.
View permission is the most restrictive level, perfect for showcasing your work without allowing changes.
Comment permission allows feedback without editing access, ideal for review workflows.
Edit permission grants full creative control, suitable for trusted team members and co-creators.
Fine-tune access with additional permission flags that work across all levels.
Yes! Each collaborator can have their own permission level. For example, you can give clients Comment access while giving your team Edit access, and mixing engineers Edit + Export access.
They'll immediately lose access to features above their new permission level. For example, downgrading from Edit to Comment prevents them from making changes, but their previous edits remain. They'll receive a notification about the change.
No. Only the project owner (Admin) can delete projects. Editors can modify content but cannot delete the project, remove other collaborators, or change permissions.
By default, only project owners can export. When granting Edit permission, leave the "Export" flag disabled. This allows editing but prevents downloading finished files.
Yes, anyone with Comment or Edit permission can see the full collaborator list and activity log. View-only users cannot see other collaborators or activity.
Share permission lets collaborators invite others but not change existing permissions or delete the project. Admin permission (owner only) has complete control including deletion and ownership transfer.
