- 1.Refresh the page and check your projects list again
- 2.Go to Settings > Projects > Archived to see if the project was accidentally archived
- 3.Use the search bar in your projects list to search for the project by name
- 4.Check if you're logged into the correct account - if you have multiple Wubble accounts
- 5.Try accessing Wubble from a different device or browser to rule out local issues
- 6.Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back in
- 7.Check the "Recently Deleted" or "Trash" section in your projects (if available)
- 8.Look for the project in your email - project share links are sent via email
- 9.Try loading the project using its direct URL if you have it bookmarked
- 10.Contact support@wubble.ai with your project name, approximate last edit date, and account email for manual recovery
If your project is missing from your projects list or won't load when you try to open it, there are several places to check. All projects are automatically saved to the cloud every 30 seconds, so your work should be recoverable.
