- 1.Check your internet connection - auto-save requires an active connection to save to the cloud
- 2.Look for the save indicator in the editor - it should show "Saved" or a timestamp of the last save
- 3.Wait 30-60 seconds after making changes to allow the auto-save to trigger
- 4.Try manually saving by pressing Cmd+S (Mac) or Ctrl+S (Windows) if available
- 5.Refresh the page and check if your recent changes are present - they may have saved despite the indicator
- 6.Disable browser extensions that might interfere with network requests
- 7.Check if you're still logged in - session timeouts can prevent saving
- 8.Clear browser cache and cookies if the save indicator is stuck or not updating
- 9.Export your project as a backup before closing the browser if you're unsure
- 10.If auto-save consistently fails, contact support@wubble.ai with your browser version and any error messages
Wubble automatically saves your project every 30 seconds while you work. If you notice changes aren't being saved, there may be a connection issue or browser problem preventing the auto-save from working properly.
