2FA not working or lost device

  1. 1.Try entering a backup code - use one of the 10 backup codes you saved when enabling 2FA
  2. 2.Check if your authenticator app time is synced - go to app settings and sync time
  3. 3.Wait 30 seconds and try the next code - authentication codes refresh every 30 seconds
  4. 4.If you lost your device, click "Use backup code" on the 2FA login screen
  5. 5.Access your backup codes from a secure location where you stored them (password manager, secure note)

  9. 9.If you've lost access to all 2FA methods and backup codes, click "Lost your device?" on the login page
  10. 10.Follow the account recovery process by verifying your identity via email - this may take 24-48 hours
