Recover account without 2FA access

  1. 1.Go to the Wubble login page and enter your email and password
  2. 2.When prompted for your 2FA code, click "Use backup code" below the code input field
  3. 3.Enter one of your saved backup codes (each code can only be used once)
  4. 4.If successful, you'll be logged in and should immediately go to Settings > Security
  5. 5.Disable and re-enable 2FA to set up a new authenticator device
  6. 6.Save your new backup codes in a secure location
  7. 7.If you don't have backup codes, click "Lost access?" on the 2FA page
  8. 8.Follow the account recovery process which may require identity verification
  9. 9.Contact support@wubble.ai if you need additional assistance with account recovery

If you've lost access to your two-factor authentication device, you can regain access to your account using backup codes or by contacting our support team. It's crucial to save your backup codes in a secure location when you first enable 2FA.
