1.Navigate to Settings > Teams and select your team
2.Click on the "Billing" tab (only visible to team Owners)
3.View your current team plan and subscription tier
4.See the total number of team members and available seats
5.Add additional seats by clicking "Add Seats" and selecting the quantity
6.Remove unused seats to reduce costs (members must be removed first)
7.Update your payment method by clicking "Update Payment Method"
8.View current billing cycle dates and next invoice amount
9.Access team credit balance and purchase additional credits if needed
10.Download invoices and billing history for accounting purposes
11.Set up billing alerts to be notified when approaching usage limits
Team billing is centralized under the team Owner's account for easier management and reporting. Only team Owners have access to billing settings and can make changes to the team subscription.
