  • Export queue continues running even if you close the browser (requires account login on same device).
  • Large batches (50+ projects) are processed in the cloud and may take several hours.
  • Export history is retained for 30 days, after which you'll need to re-export if files are needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many projects can I batch export at once?

Pro plans can batch export up to 50 projects at once. Teams plans support up to 200 projects. Enterprise plans have no limits. Free users must export projects individually.

Can I continue working while batch export is processing?

Yes! Batch exports are processed in the background. You can continue creating and editing projects while exports are queued. You'll see progress in the Export Queue panel at the bottom of your screen.

What happens if I close my browser during batch export?

Your batch export will continue processing on Wubble's servers. When you log back in from the same device, you'll see the current status and can download completed exports. You'll also receive an email when all exports are complete.

Can I export different projects in different formats in the same batch?

All projects in a batch use the same export settings. If you need different settings for different projects, create multiple batches or use the export preset system to quickly switch between configurations.

How are batch exported files organized?

By default, files are organized in folders by project name, with subfolders for different formats. You can customize this in batch export settings with naming templates and folder structures.

Can I cancel or pause a batch export?

Yes, you can pause or cancel the batch export from the Export Queue panel. Completed exports will remain available, and you can resume the batch later.
