- 1.Wait 5-10 minutes and refresh the page - credit processing can take a few minutes
- 2.Check your email for a payment confirmation receipt - this confirms the purchase went through
- 3.Log out of your Wubble account completely and log back in to refresh your account data
- 4.Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log in again
- 5.Check Settings > Billing > Usage to see your current credit balance and transaction history
- 6.Verify the payment was actually processed by checking your bank or credit card statement
- 7.If you see a pending charge, wait for it to clear (usually 1-3 business days)
- 8.Check if you purchased credits for the correct account if you have multiple Wubble accounts
- 9.Look in your Billing History for the transaction - it should show date, amount, and credits added
- 10.If credits still don't appear after 24 hours, contact support@wubble.ai with your transaction ID or receipt
If you successfully completed a credit purchase or subscription upgrade but the credits aren't showing in your account, this is usually a temporary processing delay. Credits typically appear within a few minutes, but can take up to 24 hours in rare cases.
