Exported file is corrupted or won't open

  1. 1.Re-export the file - try exporting again, as the first export may have been interrupted
  2. 2.Try a different format - if MP3 fails, export as WAV which is more universally compatible
  3. 3.Ensure the export completes to 100% - wait for the "Download complete" message before closing the tab
  4. 4.Check your download wasn't interrupted - look in your browser's download history for any errors
  5. 5.Use a different media player - try VLC Media Player or Audacity if your default player fails
  6. 6.Verify the file size - corrupted files are often much smaller than expected (compare to project length)
  7. 7.Clear your browser cache before re-exporting to ensure a fresh download
  8. 8.Try downloading on a different network - network issues can corrupt downloads
  9. 9.Disable browser extensions that might interfere with downloads (download managers, ad blockers)
  10. 10.If the problem persists across multiple formats and players, contact support@wubble.ai with your project ID

If your exported audio file won't open, plays incorrectly, or shows corruption errors, this usually indicates an incomplete download or compatibility issue. Follow these steps to get a working export.
