- 1.Open the brand kit you want to share from Studio → Brand Kits
- 2.Click the "Share" button in the top-right corner
- 3.Choose sharing scope: Specific Team Members (select individuals), Team-wide (all current members), Organization-wide (all teams in your org)
- 4.Set permissions: View Only (can use but not edit), Edit (can modify settings), Admin (can share and delete)
- 5.Optionally, require approval for changes. When enabled, edits must be approved by an admin before taking effect
- 6.Send invitations - team members will receive a notification and see the brand kit in their Brand Kits library
- 7.Track Usage: View analytics showing who's using the brand kit, how often, and compliance rates
- 8.Version Control: Brand kit changes are versioned. Team members can choose to update to the latest version or continue with their current version
- 9.Revoke Access: From the brand kit share settings, you can remove access for specific users or teams at any time
