Understanding billing cycles

  1. 1.Monthly plans: Charged on the same date each month (e.g., if you subscribe on the 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th of every month)
  2. 2.Annual plans: Charged once per year on your subscription anniversary, typically with a 15-20% discount compared to monthly
  3. 3.View your next billing date in Settings > Billing > Subscription
  4. 4.Billing date may shift by a day or two in months with fewer days (e.g., if you normally bill on the 31st, February billing will occur on the 28th/29th)
  5. 5.Changes to your plan (upgrades/downgrades) may adjust your billing date
  6. 6.You'll receive an email receipt after each successful payment
  7. 7.Invoices are generated and available immediately after payment
  8. 8.Failed payments will trigger automatic retries (up to 3 attempts over 7 days)
  9. 9.You'll receive email notifications before your billing date and after each payment
  10. 10.Credits reset on your billing date each month, unused credits do not roll over

Learn when you'll be charged and how billing works for monthly and annual plans. Understanding your billing cycle helps you manage your subscription and budget effectively.
